Once an order is packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be available.
You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins. Because research products can move quickly from processing to shipment, contact support as soon as possible with your order number.
If an order has already been packed, shipped, or transferred to the carrier, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
