Emergency Notice: Our Services are not for emergencies. If you believe there is an immediate safety issue, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency assistance.
By accessing or using our website, placing an order/request, or submitting a product catalog, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) What Rocketpeptide is (and is not)
Rocketpeptide provides a technology platform that enables users to request access to research product-only peptide researchs.
- Research services are provided by independent research products we contract with.
- Rocketpeptide does not practice medicine and does not make product recommendations.
- If a research catalog issues a research product, it may be fulfilled by an independent supplier. Rocketpeptide is not a supplier and does not control supplier practice.
No guarantee of research product: Payment, order details submission, or use of our site does not guarantee you will receive a research product.
2) Eligibility and availability
To use the Services, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be located in the United States
- Be located in a state where our Services are available
Availability may change. We may restrict access in certain states or for certain products at any time.
3) Research product catalog and research catalog review
To request research product-only researchs, you must complete a required product catalog (“Order Details”).
- Research Catalogs review your Order Details and determine, in their independent research judgment, whether a research product is appropriate.
- Research Catalogs may approve all, some, or none of the items you requested.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to update information if it changes. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in denial, delays, or cancellation.
4) Ordering model and partial approvals
A) No charge unless available (authorization only)
We use payment authorization and only capture payment if a research product is issued and your order is approved for fulfillment.
- If your request is not available, we void/release the authorization. Your bank’s release timeline varies and is outside our control.
- No price changes allowed: The total you authorize is the total captured if available. We do not change prices after authorization.
B) Partial approvals
If only some items are available/approved:
- We will auto-remove the denied items from your order, and
- We will capture payment only for the approved items.
You will receive an email confirmation reflecting what was approved.
5) Cancellations, returns, and refunds
A) Cancellation
You may cancel any time before the research catalog begins review of your Order Details. Once research catalog review begins, cancellation may not be possible.
B) Returns
Research Product products are not returnable and cannot be accepted back for resale or reuse once shipped.
C) Refunds
Because payment is captured only if available, refunds generally apply only in limited situations (e.g., erroneous duplicate capture). Contact support@rocketpeptide.com if you believe an error occurred.
6) Shipping, delivery, and replacements
If available, the supplier will ship your research product to the shipping address you provide.
- Wrong address: No reshipments for incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the user.
- Lost/damaged in transit: We follow a replace-once / carrier claim process. You must cooperate with carrier claim documentation and timelines.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7) Order changes and repeat purchases
Rocketpeptide processes orders as product requests. Any future purchase must be placed and authorized separately unless the checkout page states otherwise.
A) No recurring renewals
Rocketpeptide does not use recurring billing for these RUO product requests. A new order requires a new checkout authorization.
Order cadence: Product availability, pricing, and shipping details are shown during checkout before an order is placed.
B) Availability review still applies
Each order may be reviewed for availability, completeness, and compliance. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we do not capture payment for unavailable items.
C) Canceling an order request
You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins. Once an order is in fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
How to request cancellation: Email support@rocketpeptide.com with your order number as soon as possible.
8) Communications and electronic consent (email only)
You consent to receive communications electronically (including required disclosures, receipts, policy updates, and service notices) via email.
Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and you may opt out at any time.
9) No research advice; informational content only
Content on the website is for informational purposes only and is not professional advice. Consult an appropriate qualified professional for questions outside the scope of our product documentation.
10) Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
- Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the site
- Use the site to create a competing product or service
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information
We may suspend or block access for violations.
11) Intellectual property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Rocketpeptide or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
12) Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that your Order Details and related data may be shared with independent research catalogs and pharmacies as needed to provide Services and fulfill research products if available.
13) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANPEPTIDE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Rocketpeptide does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
14) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANPEPTIDE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANPEPTIDE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HUMANPEPTIDE IN THE PAST 3 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in that case, limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.)
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rocketpeptide harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.
16) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or used the Services improperly. Certain sections (disclaimers, limitation of liability, arbitration, etc.) survive termination.
17) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
18) Mandatory arbitration and class action waiver
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
A) Agreement to arbitrate
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except you may bring individual claims in small claims court if eligible.
B) No class actions
You and Rocketpeptide agree disputes will be brought only on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are waived.
C) Arbitration administrator and rules
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules, unless the parties agree otherwise.
D) Opt-out
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@rocketpeptide.com with:
- Your full name
- Email used on the site
- Mailing address
- A clear statement that you opt out of arbitration
E) Notice of dispute
Before starting arbitration, you agree to send a written Notice of Dispute to:
Rocketpeptide LLC, 4849 Lake Worth Road, Suite 203, Greenacres, FL 33463
and support@rocketpeptide.com
including your name, contact info, description of dispute, and requested relief. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.
19) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
